ISV documents are usually updated
daily by 9:00pm Pacific Time Zone. The postings below contain all updates as of

v1.4.9 Old Testament Preview Release
(Contains English review editions of all books of
the Tanakh, or "Old Testament," except for Genesis, Leviticus, Ezekiel, and
Isaiah. Though complete in base translation, Numbers is currently being edited and
is not by any means in final form.)

v2.0 Preview Release e-Sword and Pocket e-Sword Modules
(These e-Sword modules were produced for the ISV Foundation by Mr. Tom Whittemore.
These modules are not supported by e-Sword at the present time because the Old
Testament portion remains incomplete. We have tested these modules, and
except for a few cosmetic issues, the modules appear to be functional.)

Mr. Tom Whittemore reports that his wife has been diagnosed with
lung cancer. As a survivor of three arterial bypass operations
since November 2007, Mr. Whittemore and his wife
could use your prayers. The

To
install the e-Sword module:
Click on either one of these files below and save it to your computer:
e-Sword

Executable
program archive file
Unarchived
.BBL file
You don't need to
download both files to your computer. Choose either one of them. Then follow these instructions:
For
the Executable program archive file
If you want to install the module automatically, download and run the
Executable
program archive
EXE file. The following screen will display:
Edit the Extract To: field to reflect the
folder where you store your other e-Sword files. Then hit the
EXTRACT button to
extract the ISV file so your copy of e-Sword can use the new module.
For
the unarchived
BBL file module
Download the file directly to the folder where you store your e-Sword
files.
To
install the Pocket e-Sword module:
Click on the link below to download the Pocket e-Sword module install
file:

Run the module. The following screen will display :
Click on the ACCEPT button. The following screen will display:
Edit
the destination folder to reflect your choice as to where you want to
place the Pocket e-Sword module, then hit the INSTALL button. The
following screen will display:
Please note that you will have to have ActiveSync
installed on your mobile device and on your personal computer in order to
proceed with your installation. Hit the CONNECT button and follow the
instructions that display.

The next comprehensive release of the ISV will include all
books of the Bible except for Isaiah and Ezekiel and will include a Hebrew
Scriptures Tanakh edition that will place the books of the
Hebrew
Scriptures in the book order familiar to Jewish readers, which is:
